These are Redland Regent Smooth Brown reclaimed concrete tiles.
Redland Regent tiles are characterised by their high, bold roll profile. Creating a striking and also unique effect on the roof. These tiles are in a great aged smooth brown colour.
In addition, Regents can be laid at pitches as low as 12.5°, making them ideal for extensions and lean-to-roofs where the rafters have to fit below existing window sills.
Reclaimed Redland Regent are interlocking concrete tiles. Perfect for not only repairs, matching an extension to an existing roof area but also a new roof.
Regent Tiles have been rigorously tested in the group’s wind tunnel where combinations of high wind and driving rain are used to determine the tile performance with respect to wind loading and also weather tightness. Tiles meet the requirements of BS 5534: 2014 Code of practice for slating as well as tiling (including shingles). Redland’s fixing recommendations are complied with.

- Eaves Comb must be used at all eaves situations.
- Dentil slips must be used for mortar bedded ridges and hips
- Individual tiles can be nailed, clipped or another option is nailed & clipped
- Always refer to FixMaster for a BS 5534-compliant fixing specification
