Buying ReclaimedOur online platforms have proven that the salvage market is booming, we have been reclaiming a range of items since 2008, and our online platforms are here to help fellow reclaimers sell their wares to a mass audience of potential buyers.
watch the tourYour reclamation yard is open 6 days per week, customers are more than welcome to visit us and browse what we have to offer.
However, most of our sales are from online customers at distance.
As such, it is important to understand the processes employed to ensure your items reach you quickly and in good condition.
Once your order is placed, we will be notified and begin the process of getting things ready. Payments are handled by Stripe, and your details are secure.
Our yard is well organised and we will have your items palletised and ready for shipping in a matter of hours.
Most items from our yard are sent via pallets, so we will carefully arrange your items for transport and make contact with our courier.
If your item is smaller, we will box it, and wrap it, and wrap it again, and arrange collection from us for delivery to you.
The choice is yours, you can choose to collect your item, in which case we will have it ready for when you arrive.
If you have chosen one of our delivery options, we will notify you as to when you can expect your pallet or parcel to arrive.
Importantly, we don’t hang about, we will get your items ready as soon as the order is placed, so long as we are in the yard. For orders placed outside of our working hours, please be assured that we will get them ready the following working day.
Shipping costs are either included in the price of items or clearly displayed during the checkout process.
If no shipping costs appear at checkout, then this means that the item cannot be shipped and can only be collected, or we have accidentally missed shipping options off a given listing. In which case, please contact us and we will forward a separate cost for delivery options.
When listing an item on our marketplace, you are responsible for setting collection or delivery options and outlining the costs associated with the same to potential customers.
All of your details are safely stored, we rarely engage in marketing practices and will not bombard you with e mails relating to things that you don’t want. However, if you would like to learn more about what is going on, you can either follow our social media channels or sign up to our newsletter which is published at random on a range of topics related to our business and the wider salvage scene.
That’s about it really, we like to keep things simple and strive to offer the best possible customer service across all aspects of our business. Whether you are visiting our yard, buying online, or selling through our platform, we are simple here to help and make the process as streamlined as possible for all involved.
