Delivery Options

When considering delivery of reclaimed materials and architectural salvage The Reclaimed Company offer the following:

Local delivery within a 30 mile radius of YO32 2RB will be charged a at a flat rate per trip of £50.00+VAT.
Local delivery will be undertaken by one of our own vehicles and offload is usually manual.
For deliveries outside of this radius your goods will be sent via a pallet network and we can provide a cost on request. Generally a pallet will cost between £70-£120 + VAT
Pallet charges will be calculated at checkout based upon the weight of the items therein.
Importantly, delivery costs will be clearly communicated prior to goods being dispatched to ensure that you are happy and that all charges are clear.

Yorkshire salvage

Collection

Please feel free to arrange collection of your goods from our counter. We are more than happy to load your goods using one of our forklift trucks onto your own transport or courier. Goods will be prepared in advance of any collection. Our opening hours are: Monday-Friday 07:00-16:00. Saturday 07:00-11:00 Collections can be arranged outside these hours with advanced notice.

COLLECT FROM OUR YARD

Returns

We are unable to accept returns for second hand goods or surplus materials should you over order. If you have unwanted salvged items, please re list them for sale here.

If your item is new, we may be able to accept a return, but any returns will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% which will be deducted from any sums refunded to you.

More information

Per trip: Refers to a single journey within the specified radius to deliver your goods. Should more than one trip be required a charge will be specified and itemised on your invoice.
Per pallet: Pallets will be sent via a pallet network, our per pallet rate is based upon collection of your goods via our courier. The number of pallets required for your goods will be specified at checkout and the charges itemised for the same. In specific cases where a number of pallets are required we may obtain special rates for full or part loads on a vehicle. When this is the case we will discuss this with you and where necessary send you a formal quotation for delivery.
