Our Terracotta Sealant is a high-performance roofing sealant designed for use where a terracotta-coloured finish is required. Ideal for roofing, chimney and general building applications, it provides a neat, weather-resistant seal that blends naturally with traditional clay and terracotta materials.
The terracotta colour makes this sealant particularly suitable for use around clay roof tiles, ridge tiles, chimney pots, flue terminals and other terracotta roofing products, where conventional grey, black or white sealants can leave a highly visible finish.
Once applied, the sealant forms a durable and flexible joint capable of accommodating normal movement between building materials. It is ideal for sealing joints, gaps and connections where protection against rain and weathering is required.
