How Do I Get Paid?
When you sign up with The Reclaimed Company, you will be asked to log your payment details securely through our payment provider rather than directly with us.
When you have accumulated funds in your account, you can withdraw them at any time. Alternatively, they can be sent to your account automatically depending on your settings.
You get paid quickly, and the more established your use of the platform becomes, the more streamlined that process can be.
Who Is the Payment Provider?
We have partnered with Stripe to offer this service. They are one of the largest payment gateway providers in the world and provide a reliable and familiar infrastructure for online transactions.
Their fee, as outlined above, is 1.4% of transaction value + £0.20.

That means your shipping rates should reflect not only the courier cost, but also the cost of packing the item properly and getting it ready for transit.
Of course, there are also options for collection only, where the buyer takes responsibility for collection from your site or address.
That said, online buyers often prefer items that can be sent directly to them, so where practical, offering delivery can help improve the likelihood of a sale.
