A concrete, single-lap, interlocking pantile offering an economical option with the good looks of a traditional pantile also produced by Sandtoft.
The innovative single pantile, interlocking design, allows the Sandtoft Shire suitable for roof pitches down to 22.5º (30º for sandfaced). An ideal, economical choice for both new builds, home extensions and of course home renovations.
Sandtoft Shire Pantile Concrete Tiles give you the wonderful finish of a traditional pantile tile whilst also allowing for easy fitting.
These concrete roof tiles are designed to work on pitches as low as 22.5°. To ensure these Sandtoft tiles can be used on a wide variety of roofing projects, the headlap benefits with a range from 75mm to 120mm.
The Sandtoft Shire Pantile Concrete Tiles are incredibly durable and also comply with various British Standards. This is largely due to the use of high quality materials and unique manufacturing techniques. The pantile profile of this tile also aids strength somewhat.
Installing the Sandtoft Shire Pantile Concrete Tile is also pain-free, with the tiles interlocking together easily. These pantile roof tiles are also relatively lightweight at 3kg per tile, making them easy to handle. With compatible fixings and flashings readily available, you can be assured of that your entire roof system works together and get a clean finish.
