Actis Hybris Panel 50mm

The Actis Hybris 50mm insulation panel is a high-performance reflective insulation product designed for use in pitched roofs, ceilings, timber frame and masonry walls, as well as suspended timber floor applications. Its unique honeycomb structure comprises a network of closed cells that trap heat, providing excellent thermal performance. The external copper-coloured layer serves as a certified vapour control layer, offering wind and moisture resistance. Additionally, its reflective properties ensure both winter and summer thermal insulation, keeping buildings warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

High Thermal Performance: The 50mm thickness provides a core thermal resistance (R-value) of 1.50 m²·K/W.
Durability: Hybris does not compact over time, ensuring consistent insulation performance and eliminating the risk of thermal bridging. It is also wind and moisture resistant.

Formula: 1 000 000 mm² ÷ (effective width × effective height)

Where:

Effective width = tile width – side lap
Effective height = tile height – head lap

Example: 610 mm × 355 mm tile, 20 mm side lap, 75 mm head lap:

Effective width: 610 − 20 = 590 mm
Effective height: 355 − 75 = 280 mm
